Closing (or settlement) is the final step in executing a real estate transaction. On the day of settlement, we will meet to explain the documents you are signing and walk you through the process. We will meet at our office located at 5225 Wisconsin Avenue, NW #500, Washington, D.C., unless alternative arrangements have been made. Please let us know if you are not able to attend the closing, and we will work with you to make alternative arrangements.
Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions, or if we can assist you in any way. We look forward to working with you, and to making your settlement a smooth and easy one.
