Welcome to Chasen and Chasen

Our law firm was established in 1952 by Irving L. Chasen and Irving A. Levine. Mr. Levine went on to become a judge on the Montgomery County Circuit Court and later a justice on the Maryland Court of Appeals. Ronald L. Chasen joined the practice in 1972, followed by the additions of David N. Prensky and Bridget Fancher as attorneys in the firm.

The Firm’s practice specializes in real property law, including residential and commercial settlement transactions; contract preparation; IRS section 1031 tax free exchanges; foreclosures; formation of LLC entities; and builder and developer representation. Our areas of expertise extend to matters in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
